📦 Where do you ship from?

We work with trusted international suppliers, so your item may ship directly from our global fulfilment partners to reduce waste and delivery time.


🌍 Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we primarily serve customers in the UK and US. If you're outside these regions, feel free to contact us before placing your order.


⏳ How long does shipping take?

Most orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Delivery typically takes:

  • UK: 7–14 business days

  • US: 10–20 business days
    Delays may occasionally occur due to customs or local postal service disruptions.


🔁 What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unused items in original packaging. Please contact us at returns@souleta.com before returning any item.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

Yes — if your order hasn’t been processed yet. Contact us within 24 hours of ordering and we’ll do our best to help.

Not always. Some items may be shipped separately to speed up delivery and reduce packaging waste.
